All you need to do is preview the audio commercials and then apply to play the ads. If you application is accepted, we will provide you the audio file and you can insert it into your podcast shows. It is that simple. There are more details on each commercial’s page which include the category, available ad inventory and more. Each commercial’s page has the audio so you can preview it.

How The Process Works In 6 Steps:

1. Podcasters will fill out the form on each commercial page if interested to play the commercial on their podcast.

2. Our new Commercial Team will receive the applications and review the podcasts to make sure their content matches the advertiser’s target and possibly demographics as well as audience size.

3. If the podcast gets accepted to play the commercial, we will provide the podcaster the commercial as an MP3 and they will be required to insert it as is into the first 5 minutes of their show.

4. If any of our terms are broken, the podcaster will be disqualified and your commercial will increase in inventory for other podcasters to apply.

5. If the podcaster is accepted, we will notify the advertiser and podcasters so the advertiser can also monitor your commercial.

6. Once all inventory of the commercial has been depleted (meaning available inventory has been played by accepted podcasters), the ad will disappear from the commercial directory.

About Our World City Podcast Commercial Exchange

It is simple. Advertisers list their commercials for podcasters to preview. If a podcaster is interested in playing in presenting that commercial to their audience, those podcasters get paid. The payment is handled completely by the podcast network. All podcasters need to do is play the commercial. Advertisers pay per episode. For instance, if the podcast plays the commercial three times, that podcast gets paid 3 times. A simple contract is completed to let the podcaster know ahead of time how many episodes the advertiser will pay for.
