COCO FARMANI My life long passion for poetry music blossomed after a horrific life event this year Music came to my rescue in the morning on April 23 2022 when my son taught me to download free music from YouTube load it into Logic Pro and record demo s of myself From that moment on Writing Songs became my safe haven my refuge from years of abuse poverty depression abandonment and an impeding cycle of bad thoughts related to past memories that were on repeat in my head TEE CEE GH A fast rising star from West Africa Ghana Has a couple of official videos to his name on youtube featured on Vox Africa and many radios and Tv stations Many collaborations world wide to his name Well known for his versatile way of singing MIKE POWER As a veteran of World s underground music scene I played on the stages of such beloved lost venues as CBGB s and Kenny s Castaways as well as stalwart survivors like Arlene s Grocery and the Bitter End as singer and guitarist with several bands While quarantining from the pandemic I worked remotely with other artists to record my first solo album a collection of new music called Observations that Beat Buzz News calls a great mix of old school World punk and acoustic gems My new album Compulsions was recorded this year with a wonderful band and producer at Vinegar Hill Sound in Brooklyn Click here to visit this podcast episode
