In today’s episode, Ron and Heather discuss the recent ruling of the CDC moratorium about the disaster emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, wherein thousands of households were at risk of eviction. Though it was extended by President Biden's administration through March 31, the tenants-rights advocates said that it's not enough because this moratorium only covers nonpayment of rent. Landlords can still evict tenants for violations like excessive noise.
