Show Notes

On this week’s episode of Toys & Tech of the Trade, we sit down with Sam and Emily Cataldo. Sam and Emily are the owners of Saverio’s Pizza Room located in Massapequa, Long Island. They were gracious enough to allow us into their home to record this interview and share their origin story and give us a glimpse into the tech that helps them run their business and toys that bring a smile to their face plus Emily shares what makes a perfect meatball during our hot seat segment.

Saverio’s Pizza Room does not serve your run of the mill pizza and that is something that sets them apart from other establishments. Their pizzas are made to order and utilize the freshest ingredients combined with Neapolitan cooking techniques to bring you a taste of Italy with every bite.

Each pizza is cooked in an 850-degree handcrafted Mario Acunto oven that was imported from Naples and is the “tech” behind each amazing pie.

If you are in the NYC area, make sure to pay them a visit.
