In this week's episode of Toys & Tech of the Trade, Rich sits down with content creator, podcaster, and strongman competitor Joe Szatmary. Coach Joe is the host of the Becoming The Lion podcast and owner of The Lion's Den training facility in Colmar, PA.
Coach Joe's story is truly a tale of grit and determination and serves as proof that if you believe in something and grind hard enough, you can make it. During this episode, Joe and Rich discuss Joe's start, from his humble beginnings in his aunt's garage through the struggles in getting his facility off the ground. Within the core of the conversation, we dig into the tech Joe uses to create content for his YouTube channel and his podcast. Also on the discussion table is his supplement stack (including one he thinks is hugely underrated) and the benefits of owning a dog (shoutout to Zeke).

Meet the Host
Rich is a veteran podcaster with over fifteen years of experience with his first podcast My Take Radio getting retired after 400 episodes.
After a brief hiatus from behind the mic, Rich returns to the podcast space alongside Jimbo Slyice for The Variant Issue. Once The Variant Issue concluded its run Rich focused on building the RAGE Works Podcast Network but the mic called him back to host Toys & Tech of the Trade.
When not podcasting you can find Rich writing on the RAGE Works site and occasionally streaming video games on Facebook.
