Today's volunteer, Nora, has been suffering for many years from a variety of health issues ranging from stomach & digestive pain to cancer. As I begin to work with Nora, several key things come up for her, including not having permission to be happy and live a full life. If you have had several ongoing health issues, or have felt like your past is holding you down, or that you are hard on yourself, then you'll definitely want to listen in!
