When it comes to manifesting real changes in your life, there can be key things that block you from what you are wanting (for your health, relationships and your life in general). 

In some cases, this can be a belief system. In other cases it can be "layered" patterns OR it can even be work with the mind that you "thought" was "helpful" but is actually creating more problems (this is a LOT more common than most people realize). 

With today's volunteer, Kathrin, she opens the conversation to all of these key topics AND makes us laugh while doing so. This episode is sweet, fun and SUPER insightful!  And, in it there is a small action item that Brandy invites you to take to help up-level your life.
