Awareness can be transformative, and with that comes a sense of empowerment.  There are a variety of different ways to transform patterns when working with the mind. It is key to be willing to look at what is going on in order to transformation and real change to occur.

Today I work with our volunteer, Stephanie, who has been suffering for the last 5 years. With her health ailments and extreme fatigue, she feels like she’s lost her happy, youthful, and vibrant self.

Many people actually have the same underlying patterns going on that she does. 

Be sure to piggyback on this and see if you can create a positive shift.
