ABOUT TRACY ROYCE

Tracy Royce started in the real estate industry as a loan officer in the early 2000s. Her heart was never in that niche and she saw the writing on the wall, so when a former landlord and real estate investor offered her a position to work for him as an assistant, she jumped at the opportunity. She didn’t realize that would start the path of a decade of working behind the scenes for other real estate investors. While the economy was crashing, the groups she worked alongside were thriving, inventing and she was learning everything from property management, fixing and flipping, resale, short sales, pre-foreclosures, distressed real estate, creative disposition, and a little of everything in between.
