As we approach the holiday season, it can be magical. Christmas songs, food, lights and cheer are all around...but it can also be one of the hardest times of the year as well.

Sometimes if we're doing well, we don't realize that not everyone around us is doing well also. Derek talks about a few examples of how it's easy to think that we are all growing together but that's simply not the case; we are all in different spots and sometimes those situations need a little help.
