Liam is a successful investor and owner of DML Capital; he brings expertise worth following to new and experienced investors alike. DML focuses on real estate debt working with real estate investors across the country to get financing to complete their projects. He has an economics degree from Yale, a master’s degree from UCLA Anderson with a concentration in real estate finance, and an executive management background in the corporate world. He holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a professional soccer referee. When he's not investing, Liam spends most of his time with his beautiful wife, Rachel, and their two sons.
