About Jim and Cinda Rachor 

Dr. James Rachor, is a Christian who has a heart to help the less fortunate of the world.  He has been married to Lucinda Rachor for 29 years; he is the father of 7 children and two of his daughters were adopted from Guatemala. He has been a practicing dentist in Michigan for almost 30 years and serves as the President of Transforming Futures Charitable Foundation US and he is the Vice President of Transforming Futures Guatemala.  

Cinda Rachor has been involved with the people of Guatemala since 2005. She has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor Degree in the Science of Nursing from the University of Michigan. She is the mother of seven children and resides in Michigan. Every year Cinda spends several weeks in Guatemala leading mission teams and passionately pursues ways that she and her teams can intersect with the strengths and needs of the people living in Guatemala.
