Dr. Laura Gallaher has worked in the field of professional and personal development since 2005. She is an organizational psychologist, speaker facilitator, and executive coach. She's the founder and CEO of Gallaher Edge and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's and PhD in organizational psychology.

She's also the host of her own podcast called the evolved leader. Her noteworthy career began after the space shuttle. Columbia exploded upon re-entry in 2003, killing everyone on board. Following the tragedy, NASA had hired Laura and a team of organizational psychologists to change the cultural influence.
