When there’s work to be done, the job can consume you. Sometimes however, we find ourselves rushing to the stop sign. When these uncommon but inevitable moments occur, the demand for superfluous tasks begin to rise. In times of too much "white space", you would think some refresher training or practical applications would be ideal. That may be the case on some occasions, however more often than you would think, these moments of free time is spent doing menial tasks that "had to be done" or just a way to keep you busy. Others see this time as a way to express their "creativity" by coming up with ways to relieve the boredom. You can't expect too many good things when skilled individuals are left with nothing to do.
