It doesn’t matter how many times someone says they combed through the books, something is always wrong. Improper or poorly done documentation can mean the difference between a successful job, having to repeat a job, or failing an inspection. Documentation is essential and mandatory, but you’ll always find people who will fight you the whole way.

You know you are going to be disappointed, yet you turn on your computer that is filled with analytics and statistics that are just going to let you down further for the umpteenth day in a row. This is the life of your documentation (logs and records) specialists, matter of fact anyone who's had to deal with document heavy programs, and they hate it as much you hate taking the extra minute to make sure your chicken scratch is legible!
