Cancelled for Maintenance

Being in a position of leadership is one thing, but being in that position in the middle of a chaos storm is a whole other feeling. What's it like being the person in the "hot seat"?

Show Notes

We’ve all at one point or another criticized our leadership.  A fair amount of those times was during a stressful situation and their decisions weren’t meeting the demand.  Attitudes and mindsets change when you’re the one placed in the “hot seat” however.  Being the person in charge, or better yet, the “acting” person in charge can be very tense, where vital decisions need to be made fast with little to no context to base them from. In some cases, these moments of leadership are temporary, with you being used as a scapegoat in times of duress, so more toxic and “capable” leaders can save face and preserve their image.
