A lot of education for Marcelino but no passion, no love, no drive, he wanted hands on and he found it with an established company Melo Landscaping. Marcelino has been with them for over 25 years now and there are things that he learned from them that he would have never learned anywhere else. Marcelino learned very early on, working for a smaller Mom and Pop shop they were going take care of him as long as he worked hard. Landscaping is not an old man game and Marcelino and the companies he works for are more than willing to work with the younger guys and share the knowledge, share the money, share the work but unfortunately half the guys are not interested.
