Marc decided at 16 years of age he wanted to be a Bricklayer, that simple. Listen to find out how and why he came to become a bricklayer. Craig’s career in construction began at 14 years old in demolition, pick up a couch and moved it three times and that was it, he’s in construction for good. Marc had the mindset to look at construction though the numbers, the power of money and time, he was 14 years old making 16 dollars an hour while his circle of friends were making 8 dollars an hour at an easier job choice.

Marc quickly developed the skill set and mind set to earn while he learned. He looked at the numbers behind all of his moves and he based decisions on those numbers, very smart.
