I started my career in Los Angeles helping large institutional groups like Colony Capital and Tricon Residential buy, renovate, and manage large single family home portfolios in Southern California. Starting in 2014 I started buying and managing workforce apartment buildings in California, Texas, and Arizona and have sponsored more than 1,700 units, most of which we still own.
