Anthony is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and is currently an active duty submarine officer. He owns and manages Pinto Capital Investments (PCI), a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring affordable and workforce multifamily properties and apartment buildings through syndication. His multifamily assets total over 300 units with $30 million AUM and he also hosts The Lessons in Real Estate Show podcast. His experience includes SFR, STR, small MF, apartment complexes, note lending, and real estate investment funds.
