Isaac Weinberger is the Regional Sales Manager at Madison SPECS. He is an expert on wealth building and cost segregation. As a kid, he always had an entrepreneurship personality which led him to open up a massive lawn mowing operation. From there, he moved and eventually moved on to manage Marcy’s, a high-end clothing retailer. Many of his friends advised him to enter the real estate space which led him to Madison SPECS. His experience has allowed him the opportunity to meet many amazing people in the real estate space.

In this episode, Isaac discusses how a mindset of patience can lead to frustration in today’s market. He shares his advice on how to build wealth over time through patience and planting seeds. He shares that it is important to pass on work ethic and values to children, as they can be difficult to teach if the parents are rich and want to spoil their children. He recommends that parents invest in their children’s education and give them opportunities, rather than relying on inheritance.
