About Nathan Payne

Nathan Payne grew up in Atlanta, Georgia but now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is the co-owner of Offer On Homes, a real estate company, and Investor Thrive, a coaching company that focuses on helping real estate investors and wholesalers acquire more properties painlessly.

After his 2-year church mission in Portland, Oregon, he fell in love with entrepreneurship when he studied at Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYUI). Nathan started door-to-door sales as a college student and became one of the top salesmen in the company, running multiple leading sales teams over the years. He continued door-to-door sales after graduating but soon started real estate investing despite having zero experience.
