About Cody Laughlin and Brian Alfaro
Cody Laughlin is Blue Oak Capital’s co-founder, managing partner, and Chief Investment Officer. As the Director of Acquisitions, he oversees all of the acquisitions and business development. Before his role in Blue Oak Capital, Cody is the President and founder of Laughlin Investment Group, LLC. He is also a Registered Nurse at the Texas Medical Center with a bachelor’s degree in Science of Nursing from Mcneese State University. Brian Alfaro is a Managing Partner and the Director of Investor Relations and Outreach of Blue Oak Capital. Brian has extensive experience in operations, marketing, and brand development. Before Blue Oak Capital, he managed an investment company focused on the residential asset class. He graduated from The University of Houston Bauer College of Business.
