Rhea currently owns 6 acres of land in Los Angeles County and owns and operates a 66-unit apartment complex in Radcliff, KY, a 52-unit apartment in Conroe, TX, and a 22-unit apartment in Huntsville, TX.
Vanessa is an entrepreneur, an experienced real estate investor, and a multifamily syndicator. She has an extensive background in finance, entrepreneurship, capital raising, leading teams, analyzing markets, and underwriting assets. Vanessa owns properties in more than five markets in the US, and most of her investments are in Texas, Missouri, Louisiana and Mississippi. She is also a Bilingual Real Estate Coach, providing value to primarily Spanish-speaking students.
Cyndee is a former owner of her accounting practice. She has over 25 years of expertise in understanding profit and loss, asset retention, and management. She is currently asset managing several multifamily properties.
