Sarah May is a full-time accredited investor from Denver, Colorado. She is the founder and president of Regency Investment Group whose goal is to source profitable real estate investments and bring the power of real estate to every investor.

Sarah is the sponsor and asset manager of a 100-unit property in Aurora, Colorado, a 189-unit property in Colorado Springs, and a 72-unit in Grand Junction, CO. Sarah and her husband Alex own multiple other Denver properties and are limited partners in deals totaling over 2000 units.

Sarah’s prior professional background is in aerospace and propulsion engineering at Lockheed Martin. She then transitioned from engineering to strategic planning for Lockheed Martin where she was responsible for developing the strategic priorities for the multi-billion dollar corporation.

At Regency Investment Group, Sarah brings her analytic skills to develop detailed financial models for our properties and to find hidden value-add opportunities to bring the maximum profitability to our properties. Sarah also has an eye for design and works to maximize the aesthetic appeal of our properties during renovations.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.
