Tweetable Quotes

"What got me interested and excited is the level of creativity that you can bring to an RV park investment, which I think is a lot harder to bring into an apartment building. There isn’t much freedom to the latter. There isn’t much space for creativity that keeps the space interesting.” - Matt Whitermore

"Your typical RV customer is usually there every weekend and maybe one week during the summer.” - Matt Whitermore

"It’s an interesting kind of dynamic compared to the way we invest in apartments, because even if the economy takes a dive, a seasonal campground is still by far the most affordable way to have a vacation.” - Matt Whitermore

"When thinking about being an owner and then trying to figure out who to hire, I think that it’s so important to know who you can put on the ground to make things work.” - Suja Shyam
